I'm out-of-network with all insurance providers. I do not bill insurance directly. However, I do provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Whether your plan reimburses any portion depends on your specific coverage; it's worth calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before starting.

How much does therapy cost?
Individual sessions are $170 for 50-60 minutes. Couple sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Group therapy is $85 per session (most groups run 1.5 hours). A sliding scale is available for those who need it, with fees that can go as low as pro bono in some circumstances.
Do you take insurance?
No — I’m out-of-network with all insurance providers and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to get partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill after each session.
What is a superbill and how do I use it?
A superbill is an itemized receipt with the session date, service code, diagnosis code, and provider information — everything your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. I provide one on request after each session. You submit it to your insurer, and if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, they reimburse whatever portion your plan covers. Check your benefits before starting.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available.
How long are sessions?
50-60 minutes for individual therapy. 60 minutes for couple sessions. Group sessions typically run 1.5 hours.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes — for Texas residents only. Sessions are available both in-person (Dallas) and via secure video for anyone in Texas.
Where is your office?
4040 North Central Expressway, Suite 210, Dallas, TX 75204.
How do I get started?
The easiest first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consult call.
How long does therapy typically last?
It depends on what you’re working on and what you want from it. Some people come in for a focused period around a specific issue; others do longer-term work. Many people are surprised at how quickly they see changes.
What’s the cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee.
