The consult call is 15 minutes, free, and conversational. A first session is a full intake appointment and is the beginning of actual therapy.

If you decide to move forward after that, I'll ask for your full name, email, and date of birth to send intake forms through TherapyNotes. Clinical work is handled through the Institute for Relational Recovery (IRR).
